First off:Bourne ov Brutality, it's Cannibal Corpse NOW, not the older CC!. No, they were godly back then!.!.!.
To be honest, I really can't answer them all because I feel as though to really know, you'd have to be a bit of a fan-boy to each genre to really!. But as for black metal, I'd say Satyricon (now, even though they're olden days were glorious) or Dimmu Borgir (though they're Symphonic BM so I don't know if that counts!.)
While I'm not really into melodic death metal, I've heard from fans that they're a bit disapointed in Children of Bodom now, but that's beyond me!.!.!.
