Well, this is coming from someone who is absolutely in love with Joy Division, so of course I'm gonna say the original is a million times better!.!.!.
The Cure's cover is not great, but it's WAAAAY better than a lot of other one's that I've seen!.!.!.I don't really enjoy covers though!.!.!.Especially if someone else is covering a song from a band I really like!.!.!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

It's the best cover of Love Will Tear Us Apart that I've ever heard!.!.!.but still not as good as the original,which I'd take any day over its covers,I guess!.
I really like the Cure,but Robert's voice could be indeed a love-it-or-hate it thing I guess!.!.!.but I prefer Joy Division!.

it's ok Robert's voice sounds terrible!. I love the Cure, but Joy Division is one of my favorite bands and I don't really like it when other bands cover their songs other than New Order!. It was ok though not as good as the original!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
I agree; I think it is a little bland because of his voice!. I'm not too partial to the cover, the original is much better!. I can see why it's somewhat decent, but for the most part I don't like it!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
