It's kind of techno!. I heard it on the radio today when I was driving!. It's a girl and a guy singing!. It's kinda old I think!. It's like "every night and everyday im loving you" something something something "it seems to be true" something like that i think!. That's a techno/dance song, with a girl and guy singing!. The lyrics aren't exactly what you said but it still sorta fits, and I think it's possible to mistake them for what you said:
"Another night another dream, but always you, it's like a vision of love, it seems to be true"
Lots of different versions of this by different DJs and bands, but the Real McCoy version is the most famous and the most likely to have been on the radio!.
