Why do my guitar strings smell bad?!
Question: Why do my guitar strings smell bad!?
I've been using the same strings for a year, and after I play, my fingers smell realllly bad!. If I do buy new strings, how do I keep them not smelly!?Www@Enter-QA@Com

As you play your guitar, you'll leave oil, sweat, and dead skin on the strings - it also makes them sound less bright over time!. There's really no way around it, you just have to change your strings!. Personally, I can't imagine going a year between string changes!.

I've never had this problem!.!.!. but I would suggest washing your hands before you play and definitely buy new strings!. After a year, your strings should be worn out!. So buy some new strings and keep your hands clean because the problem might be the strings
