Actually Lucy in the Sky with Diamonds was not intentionally LSD!. It was not John who named it, it was his son, Julian!. Julian Lennon drew a picture of his friend Lucy from school!. When John asked him what it was, Julian said "Lucy in the sky with diamonds!." And Hey Jude was by Paul, written for John Lennon's son, Julian!. It was during John's divorce with Cynthia, and at that time, Julian felt as if Paul was being a better dad to him than John, who sort of just left Julian when he met Yoko!. The song was originally titled "Hey Jules!."Www@Enter-QA@Com

A Day In The Life is generally rergarded as being one of the better known acid songs from the Beatles!. They had a number of albums that contained what some people would call , music from an "altered state"!. Some of those albums were "Rubber Soul", the "Beatles" White Album, "Seargent Peppers", "Revolver" and "Magical Mystery Tour"!. Not all recordings were the result of altered states of minds, but it is not difficult to imagine which ones may have been!. Both Lennon and Harrison wryly denied any such behaviour but it is known that most of the foursome if not all of them, participated in recreational use and spiritual use of substances!.
