i don't know who it's by or nothing, but i know it's not a tribe called quest!. but he says "Oh my god"!. i know this is like, not alot to work with, but i jes remember hearin him say "oh my god" a couple times, i dunno if it was tha hook or what, but he says it multiple times with no words in between!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
