Question: Guitar Help!!! Am I doing something wrong!?!
I received a guitar for my birthday, a used Gibson Acoustic, and have just started teaching myself how to play!. I bought an electric tuner and tuned the strings accordingly, but now it seems more out of tune than before!
When I play, it sounds terrible, even though I am fretting correctly! What is wrong!? Anyone!?Www@Enter-QA@Com

a used gibson, nice!. anyway, you might try getting some new strings for it!. (i would recommend elixirs only because they last longer) probably double check to make sure you know what strings are what when your tuning itWww@Enter-QA@Com
You must not be tuning it right!. Even with an electronic tuner, there is room for error!. If you have the type that automatically detects which string you are plucking, make sure that they aren't so out of whack that it picks up the wrong string!. Even with old worn out strings you should be able to get it to sound somewhat right!. Www@Enter-QA@Com
new strings will go out of tune faster and you have to tune them a lot but soon it stayed tuned longer if not then i don't know what's wrongWww@Enter-QA@Com
