i agree with Omagus, I actually said somethin kinda similar about Sampling being an art form on a question a while back!.!.!. i'll try to look it up lol!.
EDIT: "I've always compared Sampling to painting a picture!.!.!. you've got your easel (MPC) and your different colors on it (samples), but what really matters is what you do once you start painting!.!.!. cuz what started out as red, green, yellow, and blue can end up blending into something that in no way shape or form resembles those original colors!.!.!. thats what the beauty is in painting, and thats what the beauty is in sampling!." http://answers!.yahoo!.com/question/index!?!.!.!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

Absolutely not!. Check out the Biz Markie Sampling Law and you'll find out what it says about that!. You cannot "legally" sample an entire song without "express" permission of an artist and I can guarantee you that that artist is going to charge you out the ying yang in order for you to sample an entire song if they even would let you do it!. PLUS!.!.!.!.it doesn't even go along with what the word "sampling" means in terms and relationship with RHH!.

No!. At least, I don't think so!. Sampling should be an art form and if you're using an entire track, it's not an art, no matter how much stuff you add to it!.
EDIT
Latj, I don't think he's asking if it's okay in the legal sense; he's asking if it's artistically acceptable!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
