Belting in head voice?!

Question: Belting in head voice!?
I really love the range of Jared Leto in his song The Kill!. I was wondering how I might be able to hit the high tenor D in this song!. My range right now is from a baritone Ab to G4 and I am continuing to add notes to my upper range!. I'm almost certain that the highest I can go in straight chest voice is a Bb, but I need to safely add the rest of the notes to get up to that D!. How can I belt in my head voice without losing the coordination of my larynx and is there a way to mix not only your chest voice with head, but possibly your head with your falsetto!. It seems what happens is that I get tired from pulling down the larynx so as to not hurt myself and it gradually pops back up and my voice is quickly strained!. also, my falsetto on its own is very powerful, but the quality is totally different!. I need to mix my head with my falsetto so I can keep some of the chestiness!. Basically, I'm looking to sound more like a tenor if possible!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

Answers:
it's not unusual for a baritone to go all the way up to the Bb in full voice!. I know a couple who even fool around with the "high C", but it isn't their best sound!. If you are going to try and add those notes, you are going to have to really think about using a very slender sound- there's no way to take your full baritone quality up that high!. Even tenors take a smaller mass of sound up to the top!. ( Most voices do, by the way)
There is no way to belt in head voice- the two don't mix!. Same goes for blending falsetto and head voice- the vocal cords are actually in a completely different configuration for falsetto than they are for modal voice, and the two cannot be mixed!. Switching back and forth can be done, but it takes an appreciable amount of time, you can't do it from one note to the next, and back again, for instance!.
Falsetto is meant to be thin and light, so don't be fooled by all the guys who sound beefy up there- that's all done with studio equipment!.
If you are a baritone, then you were built that way!. You can't change it, any more than a person who stands 5'5" can stretch thtemselves to be 6' tall!.
Baritone comes in all flavors, from almost-a-tenor ( which is the most used voice in Broadway male roles, and is termed a baritenor) to almost-a-bass which is termed bass-baritone!. It is the most common male voice category, so you aren't all alone out there!. Yes, fashion is for tenors right now, but that, too, will change ( again!. Check with your granparents to hear about all the baritones and basses who were popular in their day!.!.!.)
