What is this song called? it's been driving me crazzy!!!?!

It's a fairly new song, the main tune is like played buy a saxophone!. It's a girl singing, she's like speaking a different language I think, well I mean in some parts!. And all I remember is her keep shouting "WOOP WOOP"
