Green Oval: "Swiss Style Melodee Bells by Grover Musical Products" !.!.!. http://www!.amazon!.com/Swiss-Melodee-Grov!.!.!.
The second one looks suspiciously like this "25 note Chromatic Xylophone w/colored keys" in a different colored case!. http://www!.childrens-musical-instruments!.!.!.
!.!.!. Of course Xylophone would be 100% wrong!. "Xylo-" is the prefix of a combining form meaning “wood" and clearly these bells are made of metal!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

It looks like a set of toy bells- avant-guard musicians have been playing on toy instruments (like John Cage and his works for toy pianos) for sometime, so it is likely that your favorite band is getting in on the act as well!.
The closest sound comparison to a "real" (i!.e!. not toy) instrument would be to the glockenspiel (orchestral bells)!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

They are not standard, traditional instruments!. I would venture to just call them "musical contraptions"!.
And I most certainly disagree with your second responder: it is most certainly not a xylophone!.
