Question: Piano Accompaniment!?
Hi, I play Irish music on the piano!. Usually, chords are vamped (base-chord, base-chord!.!.!.!.)!. I want to try accompanying any type of music!. I've been practicing, but all I can do are block chords!. How do I ad-lib more and embellish!? Thank you!!Www@Enter-QA@Com

Try to invert your chords!.!.Do you know about chord inversions!? It is easy!.!.!.If for ex!. the base Chord is C - E!. G
play instead E - G - C or G- C - E
That is, you play the same notes, but in different order, and not always on the same octave!. You have to go beyond the octave in which you started!. (or backwards)
