There was an old Clint Black video that took place at a fairground, but I can't for the life of me remember the song!.!.!.I just remember because I liked the video so much! It may be "Walkin' Away"!.!.!.that keeps coming to mind but I can't be certain!. Hope that helps!Www@Enter-QA@Com

I think the song is "Your Love Is A Miracle" by Mark Chestnutt!. I haven't seen it in a long time either, don't remember if it rains but he does take a couple of kids to a fair and there is a ferris wheel!. About 15 seconds of the video is on YouTube!. YT also has the complete song with someone else's video!. Another possibility is "Wink" by Neal McCoy!. No rain in this one but it does have a ferris wheel!.
