Singing and playing guitar?!
Question: Ok i can not sing and play the guitar at the same time, I can sing and play guitar but for some reason i can't do it at the same time, Are there any things i can practice to be able to do this?

We all struggle trying to sing and play the guitar at first. So don't think "you either have it or don't" that's just ridiculous.
The key to being able to learn this rather quickly is using a metronome. I know, what does a metronome have to do with singing...but it actually has a lot do with it. You need some kind of mutual ground to follow, when trying to combine singing and playing, and that is the tempo. Always practice with a metronome, ALWAYS. Two things make a musician sound good: tone and timing. Tone is hitting the note perfectly, while timing is hitting the note and holding it at and for the precise amount of time. So as you practice with a metronome, you'll naturally get used to singing and strumming at the correct time spots, and not think about it, because the metronome will keep you in beat.
I know it sounds like a simple answer. But people underestimate how important and precise timing is. A lot of amateur guitar players, lack perfect timing. Whenever I practice I use some type of metronome, whether it's an actual metronome or just setting a drum beat with the loop station, but always have some steady beat ensuring that you are playing on a steady beat per minute.

play a easy tunes at the first then use the hard one
it takes good cordination to do this. when i started to play the guitar, I just played the guitar, and I would just start singing along.
If that doesnt work for you, play simpler songs on the guitar
You have to learn the songs well enough that you don't have to think about either the guitar playing, or the lyrics. They both just have to come naturally. If you have to think about either one, then the other won't happen.
If you have a big mirror try singing at it while playing. I know this will work if you are trying to play without looking down...you can see your hand moving the fret while you are eyes foward....now just sing with it.
