ok, im also a song writer/singer (though my first album wont be for a long while) And i have a few ideas i was about to write but ill let you have them. but this really depends on your genre too, mine are rock based but some can be converted.
God Loves to Rock (Self Explanatory)
Another Empty Bottle (a song about dipression)
What Now? (more dipression)
Rain on me(dipression)
Why me?(wow am i really this dipressing?)
In Loveing Memory of You (thats better, love song.)
Just Sitting Here (This one, if following my idea, has mixed moods.)
Runaway (Either about some one running away or about war. mines about war)
You can use any of these ideas, nune of them have been writen (those some might have the same titles but diffrent meaning.) good luck on your album and send me a coby of one of your songs...plz
I've always liked the topic of forgiveness or just letting go of anger and hate, etc.
Or, if you're more on the dark side, you can talk about how much you hate something or won't forgive someone .... =/ eh.
things that get you down in life like not beign able to find 2 people willing to play drums or bass to start a band.............. sorry im getting into my own lifem but just anything that makes you laught (you could even write a parody or dumb song) Maybe, a song about dancing in moonlight. Idk, i looked out my window and saw the moon. lol
why u don't do like club songs with girls and stuff like that or about nice cars and stuff that's what people like.
Songs about love and girls are cool
songs about sadness are kind of cool too
