you can make one yourself...as I am currently planning.
there are kits available but ive decided to make mine out of the aluminum and /or plastic bodies i intend to make at the shop and the usuable parts of carcases i can get at the pawn shop...
other than that you can spend quite a bit of money and go to the Gibson guitar factory in Memphis and tell them what you want and watch them build it for you...
any guitar you can buy nowadays is going to have some amount of mass-produced parts...quality is quality and machines usually do a better job for certain jobs
Taylor makes a very fine guitar as well as ive heard it said that the things that go into a Taylor are just as good as what goes into a Gibson...

They make some of the most beautiful guitars in the world. You can Google to find reviews testifying to their guitar's playability. I bought one from them years ago, and kept it for ten years before it was stolen. I believe that the soul-less thieves sold it on Ebay instead of the pawn shops, which I have been haunting, but that is another story... They make both electric and acoustic guitars, oh and also basses and double-necks.
