Question: she is not like William hung, but she is very average, but sometimes she thinks she's mariah carey and tries to do some stuff she shouldn't. its very embarrassing. as i type this, she is singing in the shower right now. how must i tell her she should like shaq with a sore throat?

Just tell her,she'd probably rather hear it from you than someone else.
You just have to tell her. Tell her nicely, but be honest.
Tell her to audition for American Idol, they will tell her for you. Or suggest she join a choir or go to a voice coach. They will either make her better or tell her she is hopeless.
Don`t waste your words with her... She will be able to see who is herself... If she thinks is very good or something like that...

Well, just go to her and say "You can't sing" and tell her that you're not trying to be mean
It's very hard but u have to do it before her friends,so what I would do Is sit down with her and tell her or tape record her singing then show her?!
OMG!!!!!!!! i know how u feel i have 2 sisters they sing and it's horrible one thinks she is Vanessa Hudgehs and the other thinks she is Hannah Montana (which i totally HATE) just u gotta 2 honest 2 her that if she wants to sing tell her 2 do kareoke better or something tell her 2 take vocal lessons but u dont want 2 embarees her in front of everyone.........u will figure out a way!!!! ur comfortable with
