It has to...too many legends releasing albums this year, and too many people who had great 2007s will be following up. Albums that have been pushed back for years now may actually be released, and all in all, I think it would be damn near difficult for 08 to suck.

i was thinking 2007 was going to suck, but was pleasantly surprised. i watch mtvU a lot and the music tends to be AMAZING!!! so yes.. i'm excited for music this year. (just no more fergie ****)

Yes I do because King Mathers is suppose to drop along with Game's next album. Reed Dollas is working on an album. Snoop Dogg's Ego Trippin comes out next week. Two ther possiblilties are Gillie Da Kid and Dr. Dre to drop albums. And you never know when someone could quickly make an album i.e. Jay-Z American Gangster which I believe was announced a month or two before being released.
