I Won't See You Tonight by So The Story Goes ridiculously emotional and a good song at that.

the song One by Metallica sounds to have alot of emotion in it. you have to pick up the meaning of the song and it will give you chills.
I think a good song is Note to self By From first to last.its an emo band and song but its not really depressing or anything.
Been Folds use to be the kings of emotional sappy songs, them Live, and Collective Soul. This was back in the 90's of course.
