This may be totally off but you can get make up actually tattooed on your face. The eyeliner i would get tattooed. Mine runs all the time

Well I would. Look at the Game. He has tattoos everywhere. He has like 6 tattoos on his face. He has a butterfly tattoo and all sorts. Me, I would go with the Star 5. You know, like a 5 with a star behind it. right on the cheek. If I had to get a tat between the eyes. Probably a cross. if your looking to get one, I say go for it.
