This may seem like an unexpected pick from an unexpected band, but I think most listeners would be pleasantly surprised. I recommend Vermillion part 2 by Slipknot. It's an acoustic number, and while some of the lyrics do definitely have a creepy side to them (after all, it is Slipknot), IMO it's a really unique love song that everyone should listen to.
