Gibson ES-335

I love the style and aesthetics of it, but could probably never afford one.

Yamaha.. cuz it's nice..

The Fender Telecaster : good , solid and very versatile in the right hands.
There is no need for the fancy stuff....keep it simple.

For me,,,,,,its the Gretch White Falcon! One of the most amazing guitars ever produced. It has a completely unique sound that no other guitar can match. Also looks stunning and is easy to play, with a great action. The only downside is that if you want one you need about 10,000 pounds lol.
And on a side note, for acoustic electric you have missed out the great Alverz Yari DY-88. You should take a look at that. An amazing piece of kit!

All of the brands you have said are very good. But let me just share to you Hamer guitars. It is one of the most underrated brands in the industry and with their level of craftsmanship and if I have the budget, I will definitely consider their products alongside the Gibson Les Paul's and the Paul Reed Smith's. I would also consider Parker because of the avant-garde innovations and Ernie Ball Music Man (Petrucci model) because of it's versatility. But when it comes to price-to-performance ratio, I'll consider Ibanez.

I own an Epi' Les Paul, but I wish I had a Gibson.

Why? Well, I think pretty much All Gibson are nicer *looking* guitars. Just finely crafted works. But the meaty tone of a Gibson LP floors me.

for me personally I would pick a Gibson
Steve Howe's signature model has tons of possibilities

Steve Howe Signature ES-175

I have a Fender squier telecaster.
I've just always liked the meaty look of the telecaster,it's a guitar that looks like it means business,to me it says
'let's just do it'.
I love it, it's got me rockin' 'n' bluesin'.

i have an 83 gibson explorer, plays like butter

Ok...I'm a Keyboardist..Not a Guitarist so
My fave Guitars are
1 Gibson Les Paul
2 Gibson Doubleneck
3 Fender Telecaster
4 Fender Flying V
5 Gibson ES-335
