"Sacred" refers to religious or at the very least, "spiritual" music. That is, music composed for some kind of specific Church service: Mass(es), Chorales. postludes, etc.
An example of spiritual, but not religious music, is that of Johannes Brahms who was a non-believer; but who nevertheless wrote a piece entitled, "A German Requiem"( a German Mass for the Dead): a Requiem Mass is written for a funeral service.
I'm not familiar with the term RV, relative to any musical connotation. The term "K-# etc., were designated such by the German archivist "Kochel" to Mozart's works; he complied them in proper order of their compositions and/or first publications.
And his assigned numberings are now accepted as gospel regarding their ordering.
