THE HUSH SOUND! They are amazing. Check out 'Sweet Tangerine' and 'We Intertwined' and 'Wine Red'.
I'm pretty sure you would LOVE the song "Off The Record" by the band My Morning Jacket.
Another winner would be Rooney. Try their songs "I'm Shakin' " and also "Blueside."
Jamiroquai is also terrific. Try 'Virtual Insanity' and 'Feels Just Like it Should.'
Modest Mouse! Try 'Float On' and 'Ocean Breathes Salty.'
The Redwalls. Try 'Front Page' and 'You'll Never Know' and 'Universal Blues' OH and 'It's Love Your On.'
Try the song 'Pressure Point' by The Zutons.
AND the song 'Catch My Disease' by Ben Lee.
Cold War Kids "Hang Me Up To Dry." This song is simple and amazing.

Radiohead isn't exactly 'undiscovered', more under appreciated. Try 'Exit Music For a Film', 'No Surprises', 'Creep' and 'Karma Police.'
The Kooks are amazing. Try 'Naive', 'Seaside' and 'She Moves in Her Own Way.'

A lot of people recommend Death Cab For Cutie. I'd start out with their songs "I'll Follow You into The Dark" and "Crooked Teeth."
