If your talking about The Ultimate Victory it's cause Universal Records cut his budget so he can't tour our make any more music video's for that CD... so how the hell he suppose to promote that ish?
And Chingo Bling appeals more to the Latino community... and most of them don't have computers so they actually buy CD's ... lol that's my theory.
Plus Chingo Bling is only famous cause he started ish with Pitbull lol... They hate each other!

cuz hip hop is dying lol...thats my only explanation...when "Curtis" goes plat & Cham does 160K u know hip hop is in critical condition......Ultimate Victory was 1 of my fave albums of the year......but get this, Freeway Beanie Sigel Scarface Ghostface Killah & Styles P (all very good/real rappers like Chamillionaire....not ringtone crap rappers) came out with albums in December & none of them even got to 6 figures.....that shows how bad the fans' taste is...all they want is club crap

I'm guessing he didn't sell because immature hip hop fans like vulgar music...aka the parental advisory stamp which wasn't on Chammilionaires Ultimate Victory....he decided not to put in curse words or the N word because it affected him seeing white kids reciting his lyrics to his previous album... you gotta respect that he made a solid gangster rap album without any cursing... I don't think the label wanted to promote that...
