nope your gonna have to take that string off and send it to a professional and have it tuned .then you can put it back on the guitar and it will be perfect....
Why dont you get a tuner?
get yaself an electronic tuner.. korg make a very good one...

get a tuner, why would you tune the other 5 if you can just tune one back with the others? that makes no sense!
