Classic Country Music Fans--Who am I???!
Question: I was born in 1921. I traded some animals for my first guitar. When I was 15 I won my first talent contest. I had a number one hit that I didn't live long enough to see it hit the charts or enjoy the successes of it. I was married to a female singer who still performs. I have not been elected to the Country Music Hall of Fame and I may never as some of the greats other than myself have been passed over.
