Good Amp for Guitar?!
Question: I'm looking for an amp for my first electric.. assuming i don't buy a kit and was wondering what a good amp would be for $50-$100

it all depends what kind of music. if its country or blues fender does well but them and marshall are pricey for first amps. i would recommend crate or peavey. they are both reasonably priced and durable. both also have fairly straight forward tone that works for most styles. most others like fender and marshall are tailored more for certain sounds.
probably best is like a 20 watt marshall. fender and marshall are best brands.
