Music video...?!

Question: It's been annoying me all day, but there's this music video, kinda recent, and I can't remember what it's called or whom it's by, but I remember:

A high school setting whose main character is a dominatrix-type girl who at some point pulls apart a couple and kisses the guy, then continues down the hall to slam a kid with an arm cast into a wall.

Yeah.

Then, near the end of the video, the actually singing the song shows up and messes up the dominatrix's make-up and...yeah.
