Which do you like better: new Guns 'n' Roses or Velvet Revolver?!
Question: Which do you guys prefer and why? And please don't talk about the original Guns and Roses, we all know that they were better than both these bands (I think).

But Velvet Revolver Vs. new GN'R, I pick Velvet Revolver, no question.
I like how Axl used to be, but now he's just...urgh.
If he simply changed his new band's name to something else then OK, but, he's just raping the good name of Guns N' Roses.

Velvet Revolver, duh...
Slash is still rocking and Axl is um.... a little tired. I was never a big fan of Axl Rose (actually he annoys me quite a bit) and I could have always been a GN'R fan if it weren't for Axl. Slash and Duff were what made me love GN'R and now they're in VR.
I agree...original GnR were just amazing. I remember the first night I ever saw them on Headbangers ball in 1987. WOW!!!
Anyway, I would say velvet revolver as Axl still hasn't gotten around to releasing Chineses Democracy AND he has kicked everyone else out of the band.
New guns because Axl is better than VR lead singer. In fact VR suck except for the guitar solos.
I love the leaked GNR songs, I can't stop listening to them, I think axl has all the right elements arranged in such a perfect way. it's hard to describe my feeling when i hear them, the songs are so sharp, and up beat, but puts me in a very nice/comfortable zone, and has such great melodies. not to mention axl's voice is great.
VR because they're just better.
Well admit it, you'll never reach the level that old GNR was at...but VR is enjoyable music still, and will make you forget about the "emo"/"Nickelback" scenes in no time.
I'm crazy about Scot Weiland's voice....so I prefer Velvet Revolver...they are a rock supergroup,I LOVE THEM
