Man, WAY too many great choices.

Just a few:

Animals- Pink Floyd
Hemispheres- Rush
Highway to Hell- AC/DC...
paranoid- black sabbath
Dark Side Of The Moon
Tres Hombres by ZZ Top. There is not a bad jam on the whole thing, and it will blow your top. Recorded at Robin Brians studio in Tyler, Texas. And "Master of Sparks" has to be one of the coolest songs ever. "Frampton comes alive" aint no slouch either.
Pink Floyd, Dark Side of the Moon
I'd have to go with Pink Floyd's Meddle (my favorite album of all time)
