It was out in about 1999 & in the video theres a man singing most of the song & a woman in the background whos drinkin through a straw & she takes the starw out of her mouth just in time to sing the chorus. Its set around a pool with loads of people partying. I know its vague but its doin my head in! Ta :0) Additional Details

It's called Groovejet ( If This Ain't Love) Aqua - Barby Girl..... i would agree with phill,steal my sunshine,it was good The only one I could think of was "King of Rock and Roll" by Prefab Sprout, but if were that one, you would have probably mentioned the men in giant hot-dog outfits!
