Where in southwest Virginia would I be able to find a vocal instructor to teach me opera singing?
I am a Bass Baritone vocal type, and within the past year my vocal range has started to expand into the operatic ranges. I would like to learn more specialized techniques. I am currently 26 years of age.

The Symphony & Opera organization offers opera opportunities in central VA, northern VA, Shenandoah Valley, and Hampton Roads. (I have no clue where any of those are--I'm from Indiana! But maybe they'll help.)

Hobbies/talents are wonderful, but you usually have to travel to be able to participate in them! I know, I sing soprano in the Northwest Indiana Symphony Chorus...and it's a hike to get there!
