What should i do next to become a rapper and what is a mixtape what it contains and how do you make one ?

i`m 13 i`m white i`m from romania craiova and i want to become a rapper so badly i made up a few songs but i need the music in the backgroung some sayd to make some mixtapes how do you make one and what it contains and i`d like to make my own crew somethin` like G-UNIT any voluntaires ? and please help me with the rap thing thanks
