What is the BEST HIPHOP/RAP album ever?
I would say 2Pac - All eyez on me, because it covers all aspects of hiphop and rap. It has the beats, it has the lyrics, it has it all. No nowadays hiphop/rap album can touch all eyez on me.
I would have said chronic, but that came out way before all eyez on me did.
