Answers:

Could it possibly have been his Prelude #1?

I heard a song last week in Church where the pianist was playing Prelude #1 and the song was "The King of Love my Shepherd Is" which was played with a clarinet by the choir leader. This has been used over and over and is called "Ave Maria"

Another one used a lot is "My heart ever Faithful" and "Sheep Shall Safely Graze" and one of my favorites, "Jesu, joy of Man's Desiring." I am assuming you mean J.S. Bach.
