Artic Monkeys are loved universally, though not as mainstream as the some of the more well known bands and pop star like Backstreet Boys and Britney Spears (In their era).
Personally, I am a huge fan of Artic Monkeys, having all their albums, and I live in the USA, so I myself personally am an example of an American fan.
