I think you would find this song on Limewire & you could download it for free there. It is not guaranteed that you would get a good copy though - but it is worth trying.
You would need to download the Limewire program which is free (there is a paid version but just the free one).
Alternatively, if you have a friend who has iTunes and some credit (to purchase songs), just give then some money for the download. I know this would not be free - but it would be a CD quality. I will just check iTunes for you now - hang on!
