Is OK GO's "Here it Goes Again" a rip-off of Marcy Playground's "Punk Rock Superstar"??

There's obviously quite a few differences in the music, but the main hook sounds the same to me...what do you think?

Well, I heard some similarities. But I wouldn't say it was a rip-off. OK Go probably got the inspiration for "Here It Goes Again" from "Punk Rock Superstar." I don't really think the hooks or choruses sound the same.
