It may be the movie "SAW" if you remember the name Jigsaw!. The killing character does use pigs in the movie but only as a costume or disguise and he also uses some other kind of clown face with red circles on its cheeks, wild stringy black hair, and a pale white skin!. in the Saw movies Jigsaw/Amanda wear a pig head mask but they don't use chainsaws!.

well the the SAW trilogies there is someone who wears a pig mask and they called the killings the jigsaw murders because the guy would cut out a puzzle piece from his victims
