Ugh! That was the BEST part!
It was very intense.

Ok.
So she was swinging back and forth. By this time she was already aired online and everyone was watching. This was her garage she was in.
The other cop (the one who slept in the same bed) was searching through the white van at the time, when he recieved a video on his phone of Jennifer on Killwithme.com.
So anyways, every 1000 that visited the site, the rope that was holding her back from her death would drop a link. And so she was getting closer to getting caught in the lawnmower..
She finally swung up to where she had caught a pipe, and Owen (the killer) ran up to her ready to push her back. Jennifer pulled a knob and a gas was released from the pipe, burning Owen's eyes leaving him somewhat confused and blind for a few seconds.
Jennifer got herself down by releasing the rope which was holding her, she fell right next to the lawnmower, and Owen stood up and had a gun. The camera fell.
Jennifer and Owen began to fight until she got ahold of the gun, Owen had one also i'm sure, Jennifer fired her gun at least 5 times, and Owen was dead. Everyone cheered. We see what some people wrote in the blog such as 'Long live the killer!' and 'Where can i download this video?'
The movie ends with Jennifer holding out her badge to the camera as to saying that she killed the killer and it was over.
I wasen't a huge fan of the very end, but you missed the most suspensful climax part!

She started swinging from the cable she was attached to and grabed a hold on a pipe to the side.
Basically she got loose and beat the hell out of him and when he came at her again she shot him to death
