I'd have to say Drago - he was the more accomplished boxer as I recall, and the better athlete.
Ivan Drago hands down Lang is a brawler .Drago is a disciplined boxer .if lang got close enough he might hurt drago but i don't think he could stand up to drago's devastating right hand

Draggo would win....he hits with like 1700 pounds of pressure, he made rocky brain dead, and when Rocky fought clubber the second time, he just let him hit him in the face to tire him out, so he must not have had much on those punches.....Draggo wins 2 rounds in a knockout.....and before the match he says "I must break you"
