What are some good movies that are recently out on DVD that would be appropriate!

My Mother-in-law, who I dare say is in her mid-60's liked the movie "The Illusionist"- with Edward Norton. She actually liked the "Pirates..." movies, and "Secondhand Lions".
She also liked this movie about the late singer Bobby Darin called-"Under The Sea".- you know the guy who sang "Mack the knife", and "Splish Splash..." "The Aviator" with Leo Di caprio might be a good one. It's that one about Howard Hughes. anyway, hope this helps!

It's a feel-great movie for all ages and keeps getting better after repeated viewings.
depends on your grandmother - but casablanca is a classic - anybody would enjoy. or try an affair to remember - or sleepless in seattle, probaby any conservative chick flick is good for grandmothers, again - it would depend on how old she is and what she is up for... have fun with her - that is the most important thing - enjoy your time with her because you never know when it will be over....
The Ultimate Gift is fairly new and I was able to sit through it with my grandparents without blushing. No nudity, no sexual content, no language. It is actually a pretty good story- I promise Granny will love it! Enjoy!
