(ANS) YES! I agree totally even is she did have an appendectomy scar it could easily be airbrushed out by a skilled photo shop computer user!.
**But I have a feeling that Playboy have a strict policy of only using women that have 100% flawless bodies and breasts of the given dimensions!.
