and i havent gotten the new one on stands for weeks.
i dont have the customer service number or email for it
what should i do?

Just so you know, it's not unusual for there to be a long delay between the time you subscribe to a magazine and when you receive your first issue. I also don't think it's unusual for an issue to be on news stands before you get it at home. But it's probably not a bad idea to look into it.
