Is it illegal to subscribe magazines to someone else's house?

My friend really hates this one guy so she subscribed playboy, seventeen, reader's digest, and like a ton of other magazine to his house. I told her it might be illegal and she flipped out. So is it illegal?

No signatures were forged. She jus' clicked bill me later.

not too sure if it is or isn't, because the person could just send the bill back marked cancled. but it is definatley not a cool thing to do. of course i have heard of much worse things being done...........
