Riddle, 10 pts for the first one to get it rite!!!?!


Question: A man lives in a small house with a farm as his back garden and has a river beside his house. On the other side of the river is a shop. One day he visited the shop. he bought a chicken and Fox for his farm and bought a bag of corn to feed the chicken on.The man can only take one thing and himself across in the boat. With out killing any animals or letting another animal eat an item or animal, how will the man get across?

take the chicken then take the fox, then take the chicken back, then take the corn to the other side w/ the fox, then go back and snag the chicken

    • first take the seed across then the fox then the chicken
    corn*
    easy. but a new boat at the store.
    First bring the feed then the fox then the chicken I think
    ermm is it first take the chicken. then the fox and while your ther bring the chicken back. then take the corn seed. then the chicken =D
    first take the chicken to the other side , then take the fox to the other side and take the chicken back. take the corn to the other side go back take the chicken to the other side & u r done
    take chicken across first then go back and get fox put fox down on other side pick up chicken take it back put it down on other side pick up seed put it by fox go back and get chicken
    first he takes the chiken
    then he leaves it and goes bak
    next he takes the fox over to the other side
    leaves the fox there takes the chiken bak.
    leaves the chiken there takes the corn bak
    goes bak for the chiken and a stray fox has gone and killed it.
    oh bugger he says and goes bak to find that the fox has run off after a stray chiken after first eating the corn.
    The man would take the chicken to the other side of the river. Then he'd go back for the fox; he'd get the fox on land and put the chicken back in the boat with him to make the return trip to go get the feed. He then picks up the feed and puts the chicken on land; he goes to return the feed to the opposite side of the river. Then he goes back for the chicken. :]
    first take the chicken across. next, come back and take the fox across. bring the chicken back to the first side when he comes back. next take the corn across and leave the chicken on the first side, last, come back for the chicken and bring it across.
    Take the chicken first
    Then the fox, but bring the chicken bak and leave the fox
    Then bring the feed
    bring the chicken last
    First chicken..
    Then he can take corn..but he has to take the chicken back to this side..
    Now he has corn in one side and now fox...
    then come back this side to take the chicken
