Where's the dollar?!
Question: 3 guys want to play poker
it's $30 to rent the room at a hotel
each guy puts in ten dollars (seems fair- 10 + 10 + 10 =30)
later that night the manager realizes that there is a special on the room the men rented, and it is actually only $25.
So he sends the bellhop up to the men with five dollars.
When the bellhop gets there the men realize that they cannot split $5 equally among the three of them. So they each take a dollar back from their original donation to the room rental. and gave the bellhop a $2 tip. Since the men each took one dollar back, it's really like they only spent $9 each. 9+9+9= 27, plus the $2 tip equals 29, where is the other dollar?

There isn't a missing dollar.
The amount paid was $25. The bellhop kept two dollars. That's $27.
The three men got a dollar back each, and $27 plus $3 equals $30. Again, nothing missing.
This is a good riddle. Keep it up! :)
no missing dollar
I think you need to do your riddle over again because there is no missing dollar.
there isn't one....i don't think.....
25+3+2=30
There is no missing dollar.
althought everyone took $1back,they payed 25 and it means everyone payed $8.33 .the bellhop took $2 and at this time 25+3+2=30,here the missing dollar, that means each of them payed $9.33
