This question came in good time -lol!.
Well when i am sad what makes me feel better is when i do activities of interest with those dear to me e!.g!. going cinema, dining out, watching an indoor movie, ice-skating etc!.
I would have said going out clubbing and to a bar makes me feel better although it is something i enjoy doing!. But i have learnt that when you are not in the right frame of mind and your moods are low, it is unhealthy to do go to places such as this which is like an intimate setting or requires one to socialise with another on a different grounding!. Especially going out to clubs and bars for some like myself who enjoy alcohol in a mood such as this is not good, as when i find myself in these plays often drinking immune my pain!. But it restores in me affecting myself further as i am prone or seen to others as a target to want to engage in activities or want to date!. When it is not the case, but a mere want to escape!.
I have realised cinema and dining in a restaurant with dear ones has proved golden to me personally!. Cinema has helped me because i get to watch a film that some how will take me into another midst or instead the focus and attention will be drawn to another story line!. This is another form of escape but interest at the same time!.

When I am upset there is only one thing that can make me feel better!. I am a leo, and the thing that makes me happy is the wonderful friends I have and the time they are willing to spend with me!. I mean what can beat a warm embrace, a getle voice, a nice conversation, or spending time with the people you truely care with all your heart about!.!.!.although breaking everything in sight comes pretty close to making me feal better!. Crying makes me feel better!. I view emotional pain as crap!. If you hold it in, it only gets more painful so I release it!. I got the idea from Fight Club and of course my Sun!.
