since 2 of my best friends are geminis, yes they are all hyper and hypo alternatively and unpredictably!.!.!.!.!.but they are so fun to be with!.!.!.!.!.!.so chatty and witty!.!.!.
But I would not say they are Clinically bipolar!.!.!.because thats a form of depression!.!.!.and no my friends are not depressed!. And clinical bipolar is observed in all signs, not just geminis in particular!.

I am a Gemini with bipolar disorder because, like you said, I am happy one minute and sad the next!. I have to take medicine for it which sucks!.!. because not only does it take away my sadness it takes away my happiness!. So I am like a Zombie with this medicine!.
